Hmm doesn't this video emulates some ABC "journalistic" job that kids got their Seinfeld fix from the usenet????

Oh wait, it does...

BTW, what's with the fake screen watching the Madonna video?

Can you believe on a "journalistic" approach that relies on faking screens (even on the opposite side of a monitor) just to "illustrate a point"?

Listen, stealing... not good ok? But this does not get the point across, does not make you go hummm, doesn't even get anything other than a big meh!

Is this the rise of a new communist era? lol... where either you think "america, fuck yeah!" or you are a commie? (or a terrorist?)...

I am so sick of reading about bloggers who think it's their job to do something about the "the parasitic artist-label relationship" by stealing intellectual property. How would CrunchGear feel if someone started cutting and pasting its content and sharing it in its entirety along with different ads that made money for someone else (or if every reader starting using ad-screening software to turn off CrunchGear's revenue stream)?

I'm no fan of the way music labels work, but how does that give anyone the right to pay $15 for a CD, rip it to a torrent, and make it available for thousands (or millions) to download for free? If you are annoyed at labels, then support artists directly or buy indie music and send a signal to the labels that force them to change.

I think bloggers with something to lose (such as CrunchGear and its ad revenue) should be careful about the way they advocate theft. Today it's the IP from musicians and labels, but tomorrow it could just as easily be your IP!
