Tesla motors, the company that gave us Roadster and EV1 super-fast all-electric cars, is planning a gas-electric hybrid soon. The car, called the Whitestar, should cost between $50,000 and $70,000 and will also come in an all-electric version. The car, called a REV (Range-extended Vehicle) will go considerably farther on one charge than the 150-200 mile range of the all-electric models.

Tesla gets a doe of reality and realizes that the Chevy VOLdesign is the
ONLY way to make a practical electrically propelled car. A slap in the face to
autoidiot Chris Paine and his lying piece of fiction about the EV-1 flop.

i dont understand why these cars have ranges in which the battery runs out,
i am not an engneer but i am sure i have a solution for this range problem, which i believe if given to engneers will definately work and will be revolutionary
you see my idea is so simble it doesnt need a gineus to figure it out but,a genius wont because its too simble to consider
this is not a joke
i have not tested this ,its a theory at the momment but shld definately work
