Don't tell anyone, but when I installed Windows in Bootcamp, also using Parallels - I erroneously authorized Windows in Parallels first, which doesn't authorize it in Bootcamp - one is one key short of full dual-boot functionality. I called Microsoft and ... they gave me a new key!! I just told them what I was doing and, low and behold! Problem solved.
