I don't know what they use but it sucks. Just flat and simple. It's like they got a bunch of drunk guys together and then threw money at them and told them that if they didn't build an OS then they would be whipped. When the protested that they didn't know how to code, one of them was taken out of the room and whipped severely. After that they knew how to code. God I hate the Samsung OS.
