Once I finally got in touch with someone they said the company had factory problems and delivery problems so there was a new design and shippments were going out with in the week. That was March. It is May now and I still don't have mty phone. I have sent e-mails to every e-mail address on the website and to the information from Pay Pal but can't recieve any justice. All I want is my money back and they wont give it back. Pay Pal only gives 45 days to do a dispute so I can't get my money back throuh them even though I have e-mails from the ZZZPhone company telling me shippments are going out and I did speak with two people that said the same thing. I've sent several e-mails and messages but no replys back. IT'S A SCAM. If it wasn't a scam when I spoke to the man today from the company today he wouldn't have hung up on me because I was trying to explain what happened and what Pay Pal said. New models (phones bought after 1st of April) are produced at SIM Technology (they manufacture for Nokia, Palm and some more i don't remember) and come a lot faster.
