iPod Touch upgraded to 32GB

I should really check things out before jumping the gun like that. Looks like the iPod Touch just got a bump up to 32GB, but $500 is kind of a lot. It is flash memory, though. Damn it. It’s available now through the Apple Store, retail stores and resellers.

I have a lot of music, I have to wait until they offer a 60+ Gig model. I have the 80gig ipod classic and I’m pretty happy with it, I’ll probably just stick with that since I’ll be purchasing a jesus phone soon.

But I’m glad they’re finaly making progress in making it larger, how long will this take to carry to the iphone if at all?

  Actualy I was refering to the Iphone as the jesus phone. But to be hoenst I wouldn’t mind owning the new n95 8gb nokia, very sexy, very sleek, and tons of features. But I prefer the iphone over all, I wouldn’t use the n95 to it’s full potentional.

Then again, I use it more as a portable WiFi device/PDA than a media player, so what the hell do I know. :P

$500 is crazy! Apple as always been spendy – but $500 for 32 gigs of flash memory is nuts… I may buy one when they come down to $300 or so.

There is a 16 GB iPhone/Jesus Phone out now for the same exorbitant 500 US dollar price tag. My 16gig iPod touch won’t be going anywhere, though.

Having just bought the 16GB itouch- I’m at work yelling prophanities in Apple’s general direction… co-worker’s response range from ’shut up cry baby’ to ‘do you want progress to stop?’. Still bitter but trying to be a man about it. Maybe I just head down to the Ginza Apple store and throw my 16GB itouch right through their big, beautiful plate glass store front.

So… you’re angry that Apple came out with a model above yours. And you didn’t lose anything. And you’re still with their return policy.

Which you could do.

And then buy a 32GB.

  anyways and I don’t have the time to go to the Apple store and
  dick around. My whining was a (poor) attempt at humour as I
  don’t have time to commit illegal acts in Japan either. I have a
  right to be pissed that a relatively new product just got
  upgraded on me in pretty quick fashion. Telling any stranger on a blog to ‘gain some perspective’ is not obvious to me.

Im glad they went up but im not buying because it came to quickly and that just says that they think the average teenager is makin straight 100s to the point where a parent would be forced to buy it

that thing is nothing better than a brick. all those little features and garbage on the sides. plus it doesnt have an interface and smooth design as iphone. lol

yeah totally. BTW How is well does Garmin run on your iPhone using the internal GPS? Whats that, no 3rd party apps?!? Wait no GPS?!? How much did it cost?

thank GOD I’ve waited for long long time until the AppStore is now official & the new firmwire 2.0 is out! The jailbreaking tool is also up now! I’m gonna buy it next week from dixons tax free from the airport! must be cheaper by 17% :)
