this is a very good article, and i would recommend it to any one who is tv stupid! now being a junky about tv's myself, if i had the choice on getting a big 50 inch tv, it would definitly be DLP, no ifs ands or buts. on a general scale it does everything i need for gaming (cause i have all the hd sources) and it would give me great picture for HD tv and blu-ray movies. that being said, im anti plasma. and thats all im saying on that subject. i currently have a 8 month old sony bravia lcd, which only has your basic hd, 480p , 720p and the ability to go 1080i. and im content because its in the bed room and thats all i need... problem is when i go downstairs i want a powerhouse. ive done lots of looking and dlps are great for my price range, but ive spent allot of time loooking and ive seen a very strong 42in full HD Samsung LCD with the best picture ive ever seen. price tag is way out of my range though. lol any way, good article
