‘Elmo Live’ at Toy Fair 2008
by CrunchGear Video on February 15, 2008

Here’s a video from Toy Fair 2008 sent to us from Fisher Price. It includes footage of the new “Elmo Live” doll that’ll undoubtedly be making kids go absolutely ape until their parents buy one for them. It’s surprisingly lifelike, although in real life we’ve never seen whatever the hell it is that Elmo’s supposed to be, so it’s a bit hard to compare if you really stop to think about it.

Pretty wild. Too bad my 3 year old wouldn’t play with it for more than 30 seconds before she moved on to something like a balloon or a big cardboard box.

No way .. I’d rather spend the $60 on Lincoln Logs, wooden blocks, or something my grandchildren can carry with them. Hooked to a cord? No way. Let’s get back to letting kids use their imaginations. Sorry.

haha its not actually hooked to a cord doofus thats a prototype

bende araba çekilişine katılmak isterim çümkü sizi devamlı takip ediyorum ben 5 yıldızlı bir otelde çalışıyorum antalyada adım fatih aksel 1980 doğumluyum teşekürler.

I found a few other videos of Elmo at http://www.funwithelmo.com

It does seem like a lot to spend, though if it can read stories to the kids every now and again, that’s surely saving us a job… especially at Christmas time when we’re all too full of food and drink!!

I am now growing what could be Elmos best friend- The TickleMe Plant!
It’s a REAL plant that MOVES when you Tickle It! This is NOT a Joke,
The leaves fold right up and even the branches fall down when Tickled.
It’s a great Green low cost alternative or could be a friend of Elmos.
I found it at http://www.ticklemeplant.com I had to grow it myself, before I became a TickleMe Plant fan. My Grandkids love this plant too. So, you know what they are
getting for xmas! This is a no green thumb need grow kit for all ages.

Elmo is simply the cutest thing Ive ever seen!! :D

thanks for the tickleme plant post…..just ordered a greenhouse!

Ya, it’s a lot to spend, but well worth it in my opinion :)

Either way, Elmo might just be the saving grace for the slumping holiday retail season.

Just make sure you do your homework to get the lowest prices!

I have some for sale if any1 is interested shoot me an email or call 315 276 5413.

Elmo Live is definitely the toy to have this holiday season. They’ve already sold out at Wal-Mart and Amazon is limiting order to two per customer.
