yep, but those will only be released in china though…and be an ntsc signal of course! Along with:

FamiDVD
SuperFamiDVD
DVD64DD

And maybe a couple others, I hear rumors about a Panasonic Q DVD too!

Good idea with the name donation…I thought the same thing all along. But then what naming iterations will we have after that? I propose:

HD-DVD
Super HD-DVD
DVD 64
DVD Cube
DVDii

With a couple of DVD Boys and DVD Lites thrown in for movies on the go…

I wonder how many more of these “this announcement means it’s definately over” posts we’ll see before people will accept that it really is over for HD-DVD. Will congress have to amend the constitution to put it to rest? Toshiba has already announced they are abandoning the format, that’s it!
