		<description>The snow may be a factor in the Cloudbook's delay but the spotty gOS probably factors into the equation as well. Many of the early reviews were critical of the Cloudbook's OS and so Everex may just use this time to patch up the OS problems. They just don't want to admit the Cloudbook was rushed in order to compete with the EEE PC.</description>
