I just called them and it says it's not working hours, call back at 6am est or something. this sucks. i always thought all phone companies have 24/7 operator hours. maybe i'm just spoiled by credit card and bank services. I think T-Mobile is the only carrier who actually has 24/7 operator customer service. You could always see if a store is still open and run in, otherwise no carrier promises 24/7 operation of your phone. My new HTC Mogul decided to once again stop working. I called sprints technical support department and their office is closed. It's only freaking 10:15 in California and their CLOSED!! Now I have no working phone as I, like alot of people I know, don't have a land line. I sure hope my house doesn't catch on fire, someone breaks into my house or God forbid something happens to one of my kids that I cant even call 911!!
