		<description>I don&#039;t think Google is going to just let Android roll over and expose it&#039;s underbelly.  This is a &quot;make or break&quot; deal for them.  Google suceeds, and it&#039;s all over for MS and traditional business networking.  Handheld devices take over and level the playing field.  And MS knows it.

Google fails, and they get back in the knight&#039;s line, tilting at the MS windmill.  The Yahoo takeover is simply brick and mortar reinforcement.  But they need that reinforcement...
