		<description>I think it has more to do with Microsoft setting the minimum system requirements to run Vista. So a hardware manufacturer says "Yeah, our computer has that stuff" and slaps a sticker on the box only to find that Vista runs like slow-moving goo. Vista runs like goo on my six-month old souped up VAIO with 2GB of RAM and a dual-core processor, though, so I guess I should be able to sue as well.</description>
