Following Apple’s announcement yesterday, OWC is offering owners of the new MacBook and MacBook Pro a sweet deal on 4GB of RAM. Rather than paying Apple another $400 why not give OWC $96? If that weren’t a stellar deal to begin with, they’ll knock off an additional $20 if you send them the stock 2GB of RAM. I may go for this deal, but I’ll probably keep the 2GB just in case.

How’s the quality of OWC RAM?

A lot of people swear by OWC’s RAM, Cory. They’re pretty reputable and I’ll probably go with them for my MBP. I upgraded my previous MacBook with Crucial and never had any issues, either.

in your article it says “of the new MacBook and MacBook Pro” but it looks like any core duo model will suffice for the upgrade.
