CrunchDeals: The Sims Online goes free
by Matt Hickey on February 27, 2008

8 sims online

The Sims were fun. I remember my ex-girlfriend would spend hours ignoring me and Tony Hawk while she sat hunched over her Mac’s keyboard making them go to work. There was a warning sign there I should have seen but didn’t. No matter, that was the past, and here in the present, you can play Sims Online for free.

It’s not the full version, you don’t have as much of the world to walk around in, and less in-game money, but it’s still fun.

It was $10 a month, but no longer. It is free, so if your signif is anything like my ex, it won’t cost you a thing to be relegated to the living room with no beer.
