I want to sue them. Anybody have any luck with this? Needless to say I only purchased it 2 days ago. Actually, my husband did but the account is in my name. So I walked my happy azz in there and told them they misrepresented the product and wanted my money back and got it! I will be sure and inform everyone I know about the deception. Mobile broadband was the only other option besides dial up. anyways-1st month: $0.00. Awesome. First bill: $2500.00. Crap my pants and cry because rent's due. Lady on the phone couldn't believe what she was seeing. said it was by far the highest bill they'd ever had. She refunded it. I cut back on internet almost compeletly-i only use it for work anyways-so that's all i did. 2nd bill: $1100.00 freaking dollars!!!! Got that reversed, canceled it asap. unlimited my ass. last year i signed up for the mobile broadband card.
