Well, I know when we had the “red ring of death” we were specifically told to REMOVE the case and HD. We sent the thing bare nekkid.

Guess this person should have done the same thing. I hope they get to the bottom of it, but it doesn’t seem like it to me.

What he should have done is simply send it in for repairs WITHOUT the case and explained in a long letter why this was the case. Never send anything of value to a repair facility that you cannot afford to loose.

It isn’t the same case… if you look on the right side of the ‘xbox 360′ …. there arent signatures ‘before’ the incident… and in that same place… there is sort of a mark…

So, the case is around there… they just changed it… and took the one with signatures.. (may be to sell on ebay? xD)
