I had a old PPC6700 and was tired of carrying the bulky phone around. I was playing with my new ACE and was disapointed that cant set up my hotmail email on it, and it does not have pocket MSN like my old PPC, it looks good, it is light, phone calls sounds good and clear, but I was more interested on the hotmail, and msn messenger. I still have time to return it, and i think i will... i dont travel out of the country, so I dont need all those capabilities to use it overseas.
