		<description>Indeed, those were the days..  I used to have have an Apple IIe with a 110/300 baud modem. When I switched to PC&#039;s, I switched to WWIV BBS Software - it had just been converted from Basic to Turbo Pascal.  BBSes are still around..they&#039;ve made the conversion to the internet a long time ago.</description>

But not much of the old old school. Mid 80&#039;s, acoustic coupler modems, capable of 300baud on a good day, except I lived in a fucking trailer and we had party line phones so I&#039;d get knocked off if I ever dared to try to dial in in the afternoons; and my parents wondered why I was up all night.... Not to mention, I never saw this 300baud. *griN*</description>
