Buyer beware!

What you think you are buying from Newegg.com may not be what you get. I recently purchased an Asus eepc from them that plainly stated in the description that it was equipped with a webcamera. It was not. When I confronted newegg's technical support about the error in the product description they claimed that the description was linked from the manufacturer and that they were not responsible for the error. My advice to anyone considering a purchase from them is to think twice and check around for an alternative place to order from. Their customer service is non-existant.
