A party report was long overdue. There’s so many of them here at SXSW that, honestly, it gets a little old after a while. I brought my camera to the ones I went to and wanted to share them with y’all. The two “best” parties last night were the ones hosted by Federated Media and Facebook.

I wish I could explain why these parties even occur. Seemingly every small Web 2.0 site sponsors an open bar party somewhere in the neighborhood and you gotta figure that many of them won’t last. Facebook is such an outlier here. It’s gigantic then you’ve got dozens of smaller guys fighting over the scraps.
