Microsoft doesn’t want to be in Sony or Nintendo’s shoes

Chris Lewis, head honcho of Xbox 360 in Europe, scoffs at Nintendo and Sony and says they have the best games.

“I certainly wouldn’t trade places with any other platform holder right now. We’ve got the best games line-up, over 1,000 games for the holiday period - that’s true for exclusive and first-party and third-party.”

Microsoft is digging in and preparing itself for war. The recent price cuts to the 360 platform were a clear sign they’re trying to stop Sony’s current momentum in Europe and they’re poised to do well with GTA IV debuting next month. This will be fun to watch over the next few months.

We have the best games, says Microsoft [Eurogamer]

Right, and the iPhone won’t be popular because it doesn’t have keyboard. When Microsoft scoffs as something these days it’s pretty much a signal that they’re spooked by something. So what are they seeing that’s making them grab for the spotlight?

Doesnt matter how many games you have if you cant play them cause your Xbox 360 has RRoD. M$ fix this before you try to talk junk
