Somewhere underneath the giant PHONE ARENA watermark is the latest LG phone destined for your local Verizon Wireless store, the LG VX9700. It’s supposed to be VZW’s Prada-less Prada, complete with fancy touchscreen and bubbly UI. It’s supposed to be available by the end of the month, but last-minute delays may push it back into April or May.
Y’all can look forward (?) to a 3.2-megapixel camera (for taking pictures!), microSDHC, T9, etc. etc. It’s all about the touchscreen, obviously.
Honestly, I liked the look of the Prada more than the iPhone, but now I’m set on either an Android-based phone or iPhone v2. I’m really liking the idea of an OSS cellphone.

Ugh you have no clue how excited I am about this. I was going to switch over to AT&T just for the iphone even though I absolutely love verizon wireless and know of AT&T’s suckery. Ugh, i can’t wait till this comes out. I wish someone could find out the price cause more than likely I’ll go out and buy it instantly.
this phone is not coming out for verizon and if it is, its not going to be for a few months.
