		<description>I wonder if the barcode is encrypted in any way, or what exactly it reads... it&#039;s difficult to be sure how much safer this is than a paper pass.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s a terrific use for 2D bar codes.  We use them as well at www.echosign.com to route hundreds of thousands of documents.  Far more robust than what you are used to from the supermarket ;)</description>
