The Sansung Muse is a pretty good product, however Alltell is to blame for some inequities in its operation. Unfortunately this phone is blocked from using ringtones other than those sold by Altell. MP3's can be down loaded to the phone from a PC but will only play in analog (mono) and not in stereo. When I called Altell they admitted that they have the stereo option blocked. When I asked if there was a way around it they declined to comment. So, for the perspective buyer, get ready to pay $2.50 per down load if you want to use a headset and listen in stereo.
