It’s down in my living room AND my dining room. I took my wireless laptop and it seems to be out on my front lawn too. I’m beginning to suspect the worst - that it’s down EVERYWHERE!

This happened before….not as bad but it happened a few times. Didn’t give any bonus or compensation back then…. I actually asked for one.

I’ve called Netflix. Wait time was 3 minutes. The REP said they’d be down all day and hopefully will be up this evening. I asked for compensation or a bonus and she said they were considering that. So customers could call after they’re after everything is up and running.

i have been with netflix about a year. never remember seeing this be for. I think they was updating some stuff and the server went to crap in a hand baskit. maybe the techs are geting payed to much or not enough lol.

8:12 and still down in NYC. I’m glad to hear about the delay in discs for others as well, not happy per se, but good to know it’s not just me. I just signed back up with them after getting annoyed off a few years ago. Pretty sure I’m gonna drop again, instant watch was worth the price. Day long site outages not so much.

7pm and still down in Jersey City. Can’t believe that a company like Netlix has not COB(Continuity of Business) strategy - no “hot backup” servers that kick-in when their primary goes down…..!!!! sucks big time !!!
