		<description>How the heck can this be considered even for an patent application? I did such a thing a few years ago with another web property (it wasn't for iPod) but could have easily been flowed to work within one. Patent office really needs a shake-up big time if this goes through!

At this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if the Patent Office accepted an application for the color white and brought Apple to court for violating such patent.
