All of your entertainment (TV / web & email / games / movies) will occur on one box. So technically, there won't be any more "game consoles", but there will alway be a market for people who want to go buy a game and put it into something at their house and just play. No drivers, no spyware, no configuring, no viruses, no installing.... put the disc / cart in and just play. These types of people will NEVER be won over by gaming on their PC on the computer chair & 19" monitor when they have a HDTV and much more comfortable couch.
