Help me out here, Matt.

How can a company cause damage to your property and refer you to their insurer who then applies a deductible?

Why then bother going through their insurer and not the company themselves?

Even if you signed a work order of some sort that limited their liability, you shouldn&#039;t be stopped from being made whole.

They saw you coming, Matt.  (By the way, are you the guy that also buys the energy drinks?)

I couldn&#039;t drive a car day in and day out that reminded me of how I got taken advantage of.  It would drive me nuts.  hmmm..nice pun I made.

Anyway, same for the Honda Civic guy.</description>
