I'm happy enough - I thought my service was more like ten here. I sometimes wonder if I'm being throttled though. Often web browsing is slow and crappy here. I have Time-Warner (RoadRunner). I pay over $40/month for 5-6Mbps. If I pay them another $10/mo (only an additional $20/mo if I tell them I have a network in my house), they'll boost it to (are you sitting down?) 8Mbps. Oh, and I believe it was a bigshot at TW that said that they may change their pricing structure so that it is based on total monthly download, not speed. Crap. Please stop with the compaining….
