meh, its just a difference in culture. i WAS stationed at okinawa, they expect visitors to be quiet, humble, and respectful. Things alot of americans have a hard time with. Do a search for okinawa, marine and you’ll see why we’re not wanted there.

The Japanese are the most overtly bigoted culture out there.

Ask any Marine that’s been stationed in Okinawa. The crap you see would surprise the daylights out of you.

according to wiktionary omise is “Third-person singular past historic of omettere” and omettere is ” is a verb meaning to leave out.. so I guess omise means to KEEP OFF LAWN.. lol

Interesting - the sign said “Honeybee”, pretty clearly in English. Now I am guessing that English is not the official language of Japan (that may be a stretch, but I’ll make that stretch. Why would they have a business sign in English if only natives can enter?
