I have been looking for another customer from GalleryPlayer as I was until they shut down. Do you know why? Is it possible to retain the pictures you had purchased?

GalleryPlayer is like iTunes of high def images. Not a DVD - standard def or high def. You can download it for free - try it out.

Plasma Window www.plasmawindow.com has been selling fine art DVDs, along with aquarium, fireplace and skyscapes DVDs for several years now.

I run GalleryPlayer from my HTPC running vista ultimate, looks great on my 42in plasma. I havent seen any cost increase in my electric bill - plus with the TVs nowadays, you can run them for 11 hrs a day every day for 10 years and they will be fine. Who keeps a TV for 10 years? Anyways, I received the new downloads email this morning as well - did you see Natural Exposure? Wowza!

I wouldn't mind seeing a smaller team win the competition. You'd be a fool to bet against ManU this year, though.

Sounds like you should start a bet with Matt Asay over at CNET's Open Road blog. He's a huge Arsenal fan.

Fenerbahçe for the win, though? Wtf.

Total waste of energy, but I have seen it done many times, especially in the art world. They sell dvds with maybe 15 minutes of moving art (for instance the painting of a canvas in hi speed or even some really abstract stuff like an extreme closeup of water dripping) that loops when your tv is not in use. They usually sell for $20 a minute, but some are more depending on the 'artist'. If you have money to spend on that stuff, you probably do not care so much about energy costs.
