NetBlender using sorcery to get Blu-ray onto iPod Touch, iPhone

We’re not sure exactly how this is going to work, but NetBlender is touting a new technology it’s creating that will allow set-top Blu-ray players connect with iPhones and iPod Touches, allowing the handhelds to become remotes for said set-top boxes.
What’s more NetBlender says the technology would allow the transfer of video from the Blu-ray devices to the handsets without the use of iTunes.
We’re guessing this is a WiFi tool of some sort, and we’re not sure if the idea is to add the tech to the Blu-ray units or as a download for iPhone or iPod Touch. NetBlender will give us more details on Thursday, so I suppose we’ll find out then.

NetBlinder? I must go something like this. Take one part iPhone and one part blue ray player. Then blend them into magic pixie dust. After that, sprinkle on bed and dream that you aren’t a tool…..
