		<description>Yeah, they&#039;re p2p based. Rather like bittorrent with a central tracker putting you in touch with other peers. They then send you data which your client reconstructs into an ongoing stream. If they work well enough, there&#039;s no buffering and it&#039;s pretty smooth. Quality v.poor compared to what you&#039;d get on normal tv or an after-the-event d/l on bittorrent but it&#039;s sports, so it&#039;s the immediacy that you need.</description>
