It's pretty good, mainly because the luwak only eats the ripest cherries. Still, it's not worth the cost, for my palette anyway. A high grade Sumatra bean will taste nearly the same to most. And yes, it's lot of fun to say "tastes like shit" after each sip, but the novelty of that wears off quickly. I’ve actually had kopi luwak, splitting the cost of a half pound with a coworker.
