Looking for a laptop? Not sure what to buy? Do you fall within the “mainstream, nontechnical consumers” category? Got seven minutes? Watch!
For those of you who meet none of the above criteria, here’s the short version;
There are many laptops; some small, some large. Dell is cheap, Apple isn’t. Get 3GB of memory for Vista! Spend between $350 and $3000. Leopard is better than Vista! Make sure you get 802.11n wireless! Dual-core processors!

I am surprised he didn’t just say….
1. Walk into the Apple store.
2. Find an associate.
3. Tell them to get a MacBook.
4. Hand over all of your money and then go home…
I mean, he is so-pro Apple it’s almost embarassing.
Oh my gosh, who is this guy?! Yeah, yeah I know. It’s your grandpa. But since when is Grandpa allowed to do a buyers guide to laptops? If you had a cool grandpa, fine. But ….
Apple is ‘chic’ these days and if you have the money, well, you might think about a MBA or MBP. But if you really have the money you should also take a look at the Lenovo X300 or the Sony TZ/SZ Series. You dont have the money but still want to be the cool kid at Starbucks? Go with an Asus eee and an external harddrive. Thats all u need. (Maybe a big SDHC Card would be good as well)
Anyway, what I try to say is “Make your own choice”. ;-)
But either way, you should go out and spend your money. 2/3 of the US industry relies to the US market. If you dont spend your money there will be no business. = rezession
