I've had the Glimmer for about a week now and am not in the least bit disappointed. The only thing that bugs me is i ordered it on Monday at 149.99 and the next day it dropped to 129.99!
When i say I'm not disappointed it doesn't mean it's perfect. I really wish it had a fully functional web browser and email support. Gosh there are already phones running this OS with fully functional web browsers. Check the specs at phone-arena.com and you'll see that the Glimmer is just as powerful as the Vu and it had a full HTML browser and email support. LG share the love. And just as a LG gripe, this OS is really nice, so open the development platform ala iPhone. Or at least give us some of the same features.
But i'm sure alot of it had to do with Alltel wanting their propitary bull crap on it like they're crap browser.
Regardless LG give us what we want.
I'd easily give it a 4 out of 5.
