GMaps. MobiBooks Pocket Reader, CNN link, Google apps on my Curve. While I would like to also have a nice Chess client for multiplayer games. If I can start editing word docs then I might just give up my Palm Treo 650.

I am trying to decide now on whether to keep Google Reader Mobile or Viigo as my RSS aggregator. I love Viigo, but it is nice to have the ability to have an integrated reader between by BB and in my PC browser. I would try them both out and see your preference. I think I am leaning towards Reader. My only qualm is that it defaults to the story view rather than basing it off subscriptions, which is how I prefer to find items.

Also, Picasa is nice….so basically I guess the whole Google suite. :-) I have a curve and I love Google Maps since the Curve has GPS built in and they integrate to help tell you where you are and how to get to places.

I have to say I am a BB fanboy too. I had an 8700C and it was nice, but I am in love with my Curve!! I am a business and tech person both and I think this can do everything I need it to do….as long as my company allows me. :-)

When it comes down to it, there really aren’t all that many quality apps for BB. IMO these ones are the cream of the crop, but they’re also, kinda, no-brainers.

If you want email, Blackberries are great. If you want a bunch of crazy apps, WinMo is the place to be.

Well, I dunno know, since I still have the razr. Maybe he should get an iphone as well that way he’d be kept busy. Isn’t that what this whole cell phone craze really is, keeping people from being bored. Well that’s a pretty gosh darn thing to do, I’d say! That would make Jobs and Mr. Gates Heroes in anyone’s book.
