Big in Japan: Never-ending bubble wrap

bubblewrappp

Who hasn’t spent the better part of an hour popping bubble wrap, at age 20? Exactly. The Japanese have come up with a toy that constantly fills and re-fills bubbles in a sheet of bubble wrap. No doubt insanity ensues.

The toy, “Eternal Poppety-Pop,” only costs about $8 and delivers thrill after predictable thrill, not unlike the movie Iron Man, I assume.

Wanna hear what a bubble wrap manufacturer had to say about all this? Yes, you do.

Behind the popularity of bubble wrap is people’s natural urge to pop bubbles when they see them, like the desire to sit down when they see a chair.

If it keeps kids off the streets, then, by all means, pop away.

MicroCenter rocks! It’s still from the days of DOS and before when there where “microcomputers” (hense the name MicroSoft)

It’s like a brick and morter new egg, where you can go to find a SATA cable and similar obscureish computer hardware not sold at Best Buy or Radioshack.

I like ~5 miles from one.

Love this thing, hours of endless fun! More info, movies and pictures of the puchi puchi can be found here http://www.electronicbubblewrap.com
