This company could conceivably tweak their hardware to make the OSX easy to install, and then sell them as a package -- computer and software sold as a bundle but not actually install the OSX OS. That way the person whoi actually installs the OS is violating the EULA, not the company. Ye4ah, sticky legally, however they are not really breaking the law....just guessing tho'.
