Hey diem...

Nice of you to share your knowledge too..
So by doing that it prevents the company from being filed for a lawsuit ?

Any idea on how Modbook got such license ? And not facing any legal problems when their design is like a clone of the Macbook Pro ?

Saran -- I read your post, and was wondering the same thing. This company could conceivably tweak their hardware to make the OSX easy to install, and then sell them as a package -- computer and software sold as a bundle but not actually install the OSX OS. That way the person whoi actually installs the OS is violating the EULA, not the company. Ye4ah, sticky legally, however they are not really breaking the law....just guessing tho'.

Also, I do know that this is not in the same league as the ModBook, as that is licensed.
