Even if they see if it's your phone, or leave a message with your registration "key", it's yours. Problem solved. No, you SHOULDN'T have to pay the extra $50 to register for classes, but that's one of the prices you pay for living where the government think they are responsible for your safety. I use 666-666-6666 a lot. Either way - this is an over reaction to events that happen very rarely. You are more likely to get killed in a car accident or die of cancer in 60 years than a shooter on campus which - btw - a sms message wouldn't of helped anyway due to the swiftness of these events.
