Author of Psystar’s key technology is all like “Nuh uhhh!”
by John Biggs on April 16, 2008

Netkas, the author of the efi vB emulator that basically allows you to run OS X on any PC is pissed. Psystar is claiming they use his software — and are selling computers embedded with it — which is in breach of his non-commercial license. Sadly, Netkas seems to be foreign and his grasp of English is fairly limited and he and his commenters (”I AGREE WITH YOU…. WATH ARE THEY THINKING…”) might have a bit of trouble convincing what appears to be a skeezy company not to do skeezy things. Also, Netkas himself is basically breaking Apple’s EULA, so this Apple might be getting itself lawyered up as we speak. The plot thickens.
