Apple Insider is reporting that a Taiwanese case manufacturer has been pinged by Apple to produce aluminum MacBook enclosures which corroborates earlier claims that the MB would see a chassis redesign. The forum in which an employee of the purported Taiwanese manufacturer was not disclosed so we can’t really confirm whether or not this was really posted. And it’s on a forum, which means Matt Hickey’s mom could have made the claim.
