It was bad enough that Quicktime's auto-update always wants to include iTunes, throwing Safari into the mix was just a bit too much. This is actually more annoying - before it was just with iTunes, but now I'm getting prompted to install Safari from "Apple Update". Makes sense though - Apple now has another way to throw this download at users who declined to get it the first time.
