I suspect this will just be a social network for gamers, but Midway’s Noob.com just released another clue: a coded message and a blurry picture. I’m trying to crack this with a substitution cipher using the filename RAIN as the key, but I doubt it will work. More info shortly.
UPDATE – Tried a simple substitution. No dice.

The jpeg name is rain02, could be a clue.
