Armies of 100 soldiers! Laser tag! Bugs from space! Some kind of GPS-based RPG that let’s you create a virtual world mapped to the real world! Tetris! These, and more, exciting titles are coming to Android very soon. That’s right: people are already kind of making videogames that they were probably planning to make for the N-Gage but didn’t quite get funding for and are now figuring they might as well dump their dogs on Android.

I like this idea, but not the way that I think its going to work. Running around holding your phone up in the air is stupid. Plain and simple. Thats not how games are meant to be played. But if they had a database of your area and you could sit on you couch and run around, then it’d be great fun.
But otherwise, you’d look like an idiot, and how are you going to play a real life FPS with random people that your shooting? Do they explode onscreen? I don’t think they could…
