There have been a few reports of GTA IV crashing on PS3s. The problem has been more or less identified as a problem with 60GB PS3 units, and Rockstar has advised that erasing your game data and reinstalling the game is the solution. Hmm. Isn’t this exactly the kind of thing people tried to avoid by buying consoles in the first place?

well, first to say it I guess……XBOX 360 FTW
It’s crashing on the 360 too, so :P (I don’t have either console myself, not a “fanboy”)
If you have neither console where is this news that it is crashing on the 360 as well?
I have logged a nice chunk of hours on my 360 elite and no crashes or glitches
KYLE get of your moms computer. The wrong son died! Anyway PS3 FTW and even if it crashes occasionally guess what your 360 will overheat.
on xbox just install it to hardrive and run it from it then it should stop crashing
