vWallpaper is a new app that lets you play .mov video files in the Springboard background, adding just another layer of UI confusion to the beast that is the unlocked iPhone. It seems to work fine and you can only play one video at a time, with sound. Hit the jump for another sample.
You can add it to Installer.app by adding the repository i.danstaface.net and videos go into /Library/Skrew/Videos. Yeah, I don’t know what that means either.

assuming you’ve unlocked and jailbroken your iphone and that your pc and iphone are on the same network
1)add http://i.danstaface.net repository
2)install vWallpaper package
3)get winSCP (cyberduck for a mac)
4)get ip of your iphone (in wifi settings)
5)enter iphone ip as host (only numbers, no sftp:// etc.)
6)navigate to the top folder (root)
7)navigate to /private/var/mobile/Media/Skrew/Videos
Now vids will be available in vWallpaper app

hey i sign onto cyberduck but then i cant find the skrew folder anywhere and i have checked everywhere for it. its on my iphone and i want to put videos on to use for my vwallpaper. Would really appreciate it if you could help me thanks
