I don’t know if it is a ripoff or not, it fits the bill on what the iPhone may look like from those templates leaked by accessory manufacturers and it would have to be one of four things:

either
a really lucky guy who found a chinese ripoff that looked exactly how the template says it is going to look
or
a REALLY REALLY fast modification to a current generation iPhone.
or

IF this is a new iPhone, look at how scratched it is, and it's only been out in secret testings... That's why I love the Aluminum of my phone. More sturdy, better looking.
