Wii, fat-boy, Wii

From his earlier experiment.

Are you a little bit fat? Want to lose a bit and then gain it back and then try to lose again? Then hop on a Wii Fit and burn off those pounds. This guy lost 9 pounds playing Wii Sports, gained 19, and now wants to lose them all again on Wii Fit. Not quite sure what he’s gaining in this wacky yo-yo experiment and from the pasty look of his non-belly you’d think he might want to get outside once in a while, but exercise is exercise, right?

  • I did some research myself (yeah, us non-bloggers can do that!)

And it seems like he’s already done it with amazing results!

  • While trying to lose belly fat it is important that you have a positive attitude.
I also think that changing your diet is more important for healthy weight loss then exercise, but combining them is ideal of course

  • I bought one today and had a go.
On muscle training it said I was a Bodybuilder and whilest doing pushups it said I was an Athlete.

I was happy to give it up there and then, achieveing perfection is all I was after.

But the Wife still wants me to carry on doing it as she doesn’t think it’s correct, not sure why?
but then again I am 17 stone 4 pounds and haven’t done and excersise for about 10 years

  • Hey, hope this comment gets through I’m still somewhat new to this whole blogging thing.
great post! I discovered your blog while
Googling other people’s weight loss experiences. I’ve actually just started blogging about
my weight loss success story – I lost over 30 pounds in a month
    with a diet I developed!

I would appreciate it if you could visit my weight loss blogand let me know what you think.
    Warmest wishes,
